In Louradour’s time with ILS, she restructured the company’s business and led it through unprecedented times including recent geo-political constraints, enabling ILS to adapt quickly while ensuring its preparedness to effectively re-engage once feasible. We also recognize Louradour’s personal commitment to the international space community through her participation and support of industry mentorship, diversity programs, and international speaking engagements and conferences. With Louradour’s planned departure, Thomas P. Tshudy, special counsel to the ILS Board of Directors, will be managing affairs of the corporation. Tshudy has over 30 years of experience in the space industry and over 20 years with ILS, understanding the full scope of ILS’ business, service and product offerings, global partnerships, and more.
